Haryana School Education Board Delay: 3.70 lakh Students Still Await Marksheet
A recent issue that has generated widespread concern among the student community in Haryana involves a delay from the Haryana School Education Board. Nearly 3.70 lakh class 10th and 12th students are yet to receive their physical marksheets, two months after the results have been declared.
The Haryana School Education Board announced the class 10th and 12th results for the March 2023 examinations on May 15th and 16th respectively. Although the Haryana School Education Board promptly uploaded the results onto DigiLocker, the hard copies of marksheets are still in the pipeline for about 3.70 lakh students across the state. This situation is causing unease, especially among those students who are keen to proceed with their college admissions and government job applications.
According to the Haryana School Education Board, the process of sending marksheets to the schools directly is ongoing. However, complications have arisen as students who have passed class 12th are currently going through document verification for college admissions and are being asked to provide their original marksheets. Even though marksheets from DigiLocker should technically be valid, they are unfortunately being invalidated during the admission process.

They comply with the Indian IT Act 2000 and are accepted for admissions and job-related documentations across all central government departments and institutions.
